Welcome to the March Edition of the Super Pocket Mini Edition of the Katie Berry Books Insider Newsletter. It’s short, sweet, and straight to the good stuff with a lot less fluff.
I’ve been keeping busy, writing up a storm as I always do. I have an update on my progress below and a new poster from Nibbler and Fry’s latest cinematic adventure (sadly, it is not available to watch in this universe).
BESIEGED Writing Update
I am now sitting at just over 30,000 words, and deep into Chapter 14 of Lively Deadmarsh’s upcoming novel, BESIEGED. Lively has just encountered something unlike anything he’s ever seen before, and that’s saying a lot. Meanwhile, his sister, Minerva, is now dealing with events that are very much not of this world, and a shocking turn of events has left everyone in stunned disbelief.
Poster Time!
In this month’s movie poster parody, LEPRECAT, we have a tribute to a classic 1993 horror movie some of you may recall.
In addition to the inimitable Warwick Davis, as the titular LEPRECHAUN, the original motion picture also featured one of the upcoming stars of the soon-to-be-released TV series, FRIENDS.
As you can see, in this alternate reality version, Fry has his paws full. Nibbler is channelling his inner Warwick, and it appears that FRY has gotten his greatest wish, but it likely comes at a steep cost.
For those of you curious, the FRIENDS star from the original movie was none other than the ever-lovely Jennifer Aniston, starring in her first major film role.
